Please read this before going to have your car services at Grava Jeep in Medford.
In all the years of bringing car to dealers this has to be the worse experience I ever had. This is the first and last time I bring my car there.
I went in to have four tire replaced. Something that should have taken two hours at most took four and a half hours.
I ended up paying an extra $487 Dollars because they said the aluminum caps had corrosion which does make since because I fill the air in the tire 2 weeks prior and use my finger to put them back on. (see picture)
They made them tighter themselves.
And after all the wait they said you are all set your car is outside and they gave me the keys. The tires had all this glum all over them (see picture)
They told me the glue will come out if I take it to a car wash.
Worse customer service I've seen.
A total scam no doubt. If I can give them less than one star I would.
Grava Chrysler Jeep Dodge has had our jeep since December 2022 after months of going back & forth with them over repairs they didn't complete. They finally agreed to provide us with a new engine. We were told the engine would be in and work done this week only to call and be told Bryan was fired and they have no record of the vehicle's history with them. This morning they told us they had a rental for us. My husband took an uber there this morning to get the rental. He was just informed they do not have a rental for him and they just expect him to leave again. Spoke with Nick G (Owner) and he is not interested in helping us and told us to discuss this with our attorney. Meanwhile, they still have our vehicle. We were also told by a tech months ago that the issues were because of the number of miles on our car. So if you’re in the business of buying a new car I would highly recommend going somewhere else. I would never recommend doing any business with them.
I love Grava!! I have always had a great experience there!! Nick Pesiridis was so helpful, fun to talk to and asked what options I was interested in. He listened and showed me exactly what I was looking for. They are never pushy and always have my best interest in mind. I always recommend Grava to friends and family! I have gone here for the last 9 years and will continue to get my vehicles there in the future!

I am giving the dealer 5 stars for one simple reason. After receiving a call at home (after purchase) that I had to re do my paperwork (I already had the truck) I was informed that I was over charged an acquisition fee. I was very skeptical and thought they were trying to change the deal. They assured me it would be a savings of $20 a month. They came to my house with new paperwork thus saving me $840 for the life of the loan. I was very impressed. Truck is great, got a great deal I would highly encourage Matt, Alex, Jeff and Ava all of who I worked with at some time
As someone who usually dreads the whole “car buying experience” let me say that Grava was a breath of fresh air. Nick Pesiridis was extremely responsive when setting up an appointment, and extremely professional once we arrived. He was able to answer many questions thanks to over 10 years of business experience, and helped get me into a Jeep that was perfect for what I was looking for. Frank at the front desk was also great, very friendly and super helpful. He was able to work with me and made me feel like more than just another sale, which is refreshing these days. Both Nick and Frank were able to turn a day usually filled with frustration and anxiety into a very smooth and welcoming experience. So thank you to Nick and Frank and the whole team at Grava! You know I’ll be back coming back as soon as I need another vehicle.
